Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year banking experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of cash handling, sales or customer service experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisor or leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises banking center to ensure proper day-to-day sales, service and operations.
• Trains and develops the staff.
• Assists Banking Center Manager or District Manager in promoting a sales culture.
• Effectively assess financial needs of clients and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Manage audits, reports, cash levels and other operational controls.
• Promote and maintain a sales and service culture within the banking center.
