WesBanco is seeking a Banking Center Supervisor to lead the sales, service and operations at the Pear Orchard Banking Center. You will supervise staff, coach performance, and promote a customer‑focused sales culture.

This role is 100% in office, with responsibility for training, audits, reporting and day‑to‑day cash management, collaborating with the Banking Center Manager to meet goals. Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years of Cash Handling, Sales or Customer Service experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisor or leadership experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the banking center to ensure day-to-day sales, service and operations.
• Train and develop the staff.
• Assist Banking Center Manager or District Manager in promoting a sales culture.
• Conduct audits and reports, monitor cash levels and control over/short.
• Schedule staff and lead regular sales and operational meetings.
• Evaluate performance and coach staff to meet goals.
• Promote cross-selling of Bank products and services.
