This 100% in-office role reports to the Banking Center Manager or District Manager and may be assigned to multiple offices as needed. The role emphasizes coaching staff, promoting a sales culture, achieving branch goals, handling audits and reports, and safeguarding customer information.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of banking experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of Cash Handling, Sales or Customer Service experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises banking center sales, service and operations.
• Trains and develops the staff.
• Promotes a sales culture and meets goals with district/center managers.
• Completes operational and compliance reporting.
• Maintains staff scheduling and meetings.
• Keeps customer information confidential and protects privacy.
