Job summary

WesBanco in Kentucky seeks a Banking Center Supervisor to lead the sales, service and operations of the banking center, ensuring exceptional customer experience and regulatory compliance. This role may support multiple offices and reports to the Banking Center Manager or District Manager.

You will train staff, coach on cross-selling, manage day-to-day audits and reporting, schedule staff, and foster a strong sales culture while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year banking experience preferred.
• 3 years cash handling, sales or customer service experience required.
• 1 year of supervisor or leadership experience required.
