Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 8 years in retail bank operations experience required.
• ABA coursework or banking programs preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meets or exceeds thresholds for annual sales goals to be reviewed on a quarterly basis.
• Aligns annual team performance goals.
• Administers new products or programs, including sales promotions and incentive programs; encourages staff participation.
• Assists customers with account inquiries and performs account opening/maintenance tasks as needed.
• Counsels and manages performance issues and reviews for branch employees.
• Resolves customer complaints with high-level service.
• Mentors associates to maintain customer service standards and expand relationships.
• Ensure branch operations comply with state and federal banking laws.
• Support the Assistant Banking Center Manager with leadership of the team, including hiring and dismissal procedures.
• Self-generates outbound calling/marketing efforts within the Tampa Bay market, focusing on retail and commercial business development within 5-10 mile radius.
