Job summary

You will coach, lead, and develop a retail banking center team, drive business development, and cultivate client relationships to expand the client base. A Bachelor's degree is required, with Salesforce/Microsoft Office experience valued. Benefits included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with sales processes and client relationship development.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.

• Lead banking center team to ensure strategic initiatives are executed effectively.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key clients and partners to expand the client base.
