Job summary

Lone Star National Bank in McAllen, TX is seeking a Banking Center Manager (BCM) to lead daily operations and drive growth across all bank products. You will coach a team, manage lobby and teller activities, ensure compliance, and promote exceptional service.

You will develop monthly action plans, monitor performance, and deepen client relationships through cross-selling while maintaining risk controls and adherence to BSA/CIP/AML policies.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and leadership skills are required.
• Experience in banking operations and cross-selling is preferred.
• Proficient in common office software and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Coaches the team to deliver exceptional service and resolve customer needs.
• Manages lobby, teller operations, audit, compliance, risk, and facility upkeep.
• Oversees hiring, coaching, and performance evaluations of staff.
• Deepens client relationships through cross-selling and referral to bank partners.
