Lone Star National Bank is seeking a Banking Center Manager in the Mission, Texas area. The BCM will lead daily operations, drive growth, coach staff, and develop strategies to deepen client relationships while maintaining service quality.

The role requires multi-tasking, strong leadership, and a focus on compliance and risk controls. Training and community involvement are emphasized as part of the position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field preferred
• An equivalent amount of experience in sales, marketing or operations may substitute the degree preference
• Cash handling experience
• Teller experience preferred
• (5) year of Banking experience or (3) years at Lone Star National Bank
• Prior management experience
• Equivalent leadership role experience may be substituted for management requirement
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, required
• Must be able to work flexible hours Mon–Fri with Saturday rotation
• Ability to travel within the community to seek new business opportunities
• Proficient in using personal computers, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Responsabilités

• Provides a welcoming environment and communicates in an effective professional manner with the team during daily huddles, coaching sessions, monthly meetings, and presentations
• Displays a passion for serving others and consistently coaches the team to provide exceptional quality service
• Applies strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve financial solutions for customers
• Manages the banking center lobby activities and teller operations, including audit, compliance, risk, sales, service, opening/closing and facility upkeep
• Manages hiring, coaching/counseling, and evaluates team members to support career plans
• Manages the banking center portfolio and deepens client relationships through cross-selling
• Provides a complete range of customer service including opening deposits, loans, credit cards, and cross-selling of other bank products/services
• Ensures targets for loan and deposit growth, past dues, delinquency ratios and charge-offs are attained
• Cross-sells and refers customers to bank partners for more complex needs (Lending, Mortgage, Insurance, Investments)
• Stays involved in the community to increase visibility and opportunities
• Maintains knowledge of risk controls, policies, and procedures and ensures compliance
• Performs other duties as required
