Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead and manage banking center team to ensure all strategic initiatives are executed effectively.
• Model and demonstrate First Horizon Bank culture; promote engagement.
• Represent the company in the local market/community through civic organizations or community groups.
• Implement and coach advice driven sales process; provide one-on-one coaching and recognize sales activities.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key clients and partners to expand client base; collaborate with line of business partners.
• Develop the market area through proactive sales calls, networking and local activities to achieve goals.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and promptly resolve client issues.
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain a high-performing Retail banking center team.
• Lead, grow, coach, and motivate associates to execute banking center routines aligned with Purpose, Values, and Action.
• Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations; foster collaborative, inclusive environment.
• Collaborate with market operations and sales leadership to ensure compliance with bank regulations and ethics; ensure training.
• Implement risk management practices to minimize financial and operational risks.
• Lead and manage operational excellence for the banking center; monitor metrics and address concerns with Retail Operations.
• Control operational and administrative expenses.
• Directly responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, and performance management of staff.
