Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-2 years related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead and manage banking center team to execute strategic initiatives effectively.
• Implement and coach advice driven sales process; provide one-on-one coaching and recognize sales activities.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key clients and partners to expand the client base.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and promptly resolve client issues.
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain a high-performing Retail banking center team; provide regular coaching and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate to ensure compliance with bank regulations, policies, risk management and ethics; training completion.
• Lead operational excellence; monitor metrics and manage expenses.
