Qualifications

• Coach, lead and manage banking center team to execute strategic initiatives.
• Establish relationships with clients and partners to grow the client base.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and resolve issues promptly.
• Recruit, train and retain a high-performing team and provide regular coaching.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management practices.
• Drive operational efficiency and control expenses.
