• Strong supervisory and conflict-resolution skills
• Proven track record in sales/referrals activities

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers to identify financial products and services
• Generate sales leads and referrals through community outreach and on-site visits
• Supervise staff: coaching, scheduling, training, approving transactions and evaluating performance
• Assist customers with account questions and concerns, delivering courteous service
• Represent the bank in a positive, professional manner
• Coach the team to uphold sales, service, and compliance expectations
• Ensure audit/compliance procedures and Personal Banking policies are followed
• Complete new hire and regulatory training timely
• Maintain security during opening and closing procedures
