NBH Bank is seeking a Business Banking Center Manager III in Texas. You will train and coach a successful sales team focused on small business and consumer clients, delivering a full range of banking services with emphasis on deposits, treasury management and loans.

You will actively participate in community engagement, drive work-perks banking initiatives with business clients, and ensure high standards of client service while coordinating with other departments.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent is required.
• 5 years banking experience with external business development.
• Valid driver’s license and driving history verified by Motor Vehicle Report.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach a sales team pursuing small business and consumer banking clients.
• Achieve sales and service goals with a full range of business banking services.
• Act as a primary contact for clients and build strong client relationships.
• Represent the bank in the community and contribute to banking initiatives.
