Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; equivalent experience considered
• 1+ years banking experience with external business development
• Driving is required with this position. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and driving history that meets the Bank's standards.

Responsibilities

• Meet and provide exceptional service to a diverse audience.
• Train and coach a successful sales team in the pursuit of small business and consumer clients for the bank.
• Achieve specific sales and service goals by providing a full range of business banking services (deposits, treasury management, digital solutions).
• Represent NBH Bank in the community and drive various banking center initiatives with business clients.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of diverse deposit products and services.
• Assist other departments as needed and build rapport with clients and associates.
• Maintain compliance with regulations, bank policies, procedures, and BSA/OFAC requirements.
