Job summary

Security Bank of Kansas City is seeking an Assistant Banking Center Manager to lead customer‑facing activities and support the Banking Center Manager. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, driving sales, and coaching staff to meet performance targets.

Responsibilities include developing market strategies, promoting banking products, and ensuring accurate transactions while safeguarding customer privacy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years banking, retail or sales experience and previous customer interaction preferred.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing and able to come to work daily as scheduled.
• General knowledge of traditional bank products/services – Online/Mobile Banking and self-serve channels.

Responsibilities

• Create market-specific business development strategies to grow market share.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
• Promote bank products and services and refer to other departments as needed.
• Supervise teller area and assist tellers; plan teller scheduling and ensure proper cash handling.
