Responsibilities include overseeing operations and compliance, driving deposits and loan growth through outside business development, opening accounts, processing loans, addressing customer inquiries, and coaching the team to exceed service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of sales, management, banking, or related experience including lead/supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and inspect all operations and compliance of the banking center.
• Develop and implement an aggressive sales and marketing strategy to drive deposits, loans and referrals.
• Open accounts and process loan applications for consumer and business customers.
• Resolve customer inquiries, problems and complaints within scope of authority.
• Coach the banking center team through sales management routines, weekly meetings, and coaching conversations.
