Glacier Bancorp, Inc. is seeking a Customer Liaison – Call Center in Coeur d'Alene, ID.

This full-time, 37-hour‑week role runs 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (shift may vary) with a starting salary of $15.75 per hour plus DOE. The position handles inquiries on a multi-line phone system, directs calls, and protects the confidentiality of customer financial information while collaborating with branches to deliver friendly, professional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of Word and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Ability to multi-task and handle complex tasks efficiently; strong organizational skills.
• Math skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer multi‑line phone system within service guidelines.
• Assist customers professionally and courteously, maintaining confidentiality of financial data.
• Learn all bank products and services to retain customers, spot sales opportunities and refer business.
• Order new ATM/Debit card requests and handle existing card requests.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
• Learn the 8‑step process to discuss HPC products with customers.
