Job summary

TD Bank Marlborough is seeking a Banking Associate to deliver everyday banking transactions and customer education at the Marlborough store. You will assist customers with opening accounts, provide guidance on TD services, and promote products to meet financial goals.

The role requires strong customer service, problem solving and the ability to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends. Teller training will be provided on hire; MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Teller training and platform training to be completed upon hire.
• Notary license preferred as an additional qualification.

Responsibilities

• Process everyday banking transactions and open new accounts.
• Provide advice and educational support on TD services and products.
• Build trust with customers through educational content and proactive recommendations.
• Promote TD products and refer complex needs to the appropriate specialist.
• Maintain accuracy, compliance and excellent customer service at all times.
