Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience working with customers (volunteering, education, or military experience acceptable).
• Demonstrated customer service skills preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Teller experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process everyday banking transactions and open new accounts.
• Provide advice and educational support on TD services, products and tools.
• Build trust through educational content and proactive recommendations.
• Identify customer needs and refer to appropriate TD partners or teams.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and accurate handling of transactions.
• Manage customer relationships and lead generation activities.
