Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience working with customers in any capacity.
• Demonstrated Customer Service skills preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Teller experience preferred.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process everyday banking transactions on the teller line or platform.
• Educate customers on TD products and services to help them reach financial goals.
• Open new accounts and refer customers to appropriate TD partners.
• Provide friendly, consultative service and manage customer needs efficiently.
