Job summary

Dart Bank in Mason, MI is seeking an IT Applications Analyst to install, improve, and support core banking applications and system integrations. You will ensure project phases complete on time and coordinate with AVP/Technology Services Manager.

The role requires hands-on experience with core banking systems, Cognos reporting, and Jack Henry products, with strong analytic and communication skills. On-site work with traditional banking tech environments is expected.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of bank experience.
• Familiar with MS OS and Microsoft applications.
• Experience with Core Banking Applications or front-line support.
• iSeries knowledge is beneficial and preferred.
• Jack Henry application knowledge is preferred.
• Knowledge of Cognos is required.

Responsibilities

• Primary focus on core banking and related applications.
• Perform business analytics to evaluate process improvements.
• Lead application upgrades, projects, releases and replacements with supervision.
• Oversee software update/patch process.
• Act as liaison between bank departments, IT teams, and vendors.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and address vendor items.
• Ensure upkeep, configuration and reliable operation of business applications.
• Provide support and training of business applications to staff bank-wide.
• Understand and follow bank policies and procedures.
• Use Help Desk system to manage cases and assist IT Helpdesk staff.
• Author and maintain Cognos reporting and scheduling.
• Adhere to all laws and regulations including Bank Secrecy Act.
