Job summary

SAP Fioneer is seeking an AI Knowledge Manager to own the semantic knowledge layer for Banking AI solutions. You will structure and enrich product knowledge with metadata to ensure accurate AI responses, while closing knowledge gaps through documentation and SME input.

Collaborate with product experts and AI engineers to improve knowledge assets. You will define governance standards, analyze low-quality responses, and contribute to golden datasets and content lifecycle management to sustain

Qualifications

• Understanding of banking processes and documentation landscape to judge accuracy of answers.
• Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation and AI content grounding.
• Ability to trace low-quality answers to content issues in a structured way.
• Experience in knowledge management, domain business analysis, or product-facing roles in banking.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the semantic knowledge layer powering SAP Fioneer Banking AI solutions.
• Structure, curate, and enrich product knowledge with consistent metadata for reliable AI responses.
• Identify knowledge gaps and create documentation or content with subject matter experts.
• Define strategies for integrating knowledge into AI solutions, including golden sources.
• Analyze low-quality AI responses and implement sustainable improvements.
• Build and expand evaluation datasets to measure AI answer quality.
• Establish content governance standards including classification and lifecycle management.
• Design feedback loops turning user interactions into knowledge improvements with AI engineers.
• Collaborate with Banking experts, Product Management, Consulting, and AI Engineering to improve AI-powered solutions.
