Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process payments in a timely manner.
• Data entry and reconciliation; maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and identify discrepancies.
• Provide general office and administrative support.
• Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital).
• Organize and track receipts, invoices, and other documents.
• Support audits by gathering required documentation.
• Collaborate with the team to improve financial processes.
• Assist with month-end closing activities.
• Participate in ad-hoc analyses and projects as needed.
