Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing and tracking bank loans, credit facilities, balances, interest payments, and repayment schedules.
• Review loan agreements and monitor covenants, reporting requirements, and deadlines.
• Analyze financial statements—balance sheets, income statements, cash flows.
• Support accounting activities, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
• Assist with cash-flow analysis, borrowing needs, liquidity reporting, and lender requests.
• Maintain accurate financial, loan, and investment data across systems.
• Prepare Excel schedules, management reports, and financial analyses.
• Collaborate with banks, lenders, accountants, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with managing and tracking bank loans, credit facilities, balances, interest payments, and repayment schedules
• Review loan agreements and monitor financial covenants, reporting requirements, and key deadlines
• Analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash-flow statements
• Support accounting activities, account reconciliations, journal-entry preparation, and financial reporting
• Assist with cash-flow analysis, borrowing needs, liquidity reporting, and lender-related requests
• Maintain accurate financial, loan, and investment data across multiple systems
• Prepare Excel schedules, management reports, and financial analyses
