Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of banking products and services and standard banking procedures and regulations.
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and projects in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop employees to achieve location and bank goals.
• Provide regular coaching and feedback; monitor performance against goals.
• Manage staff schedules, overtime, and task assignments.
• Train staff to ensure operational, sales & service excellence and professional development.
• Maintain regulatory readiness and audit preparedness for the location.
• Develop relationships with customers and community leaders; participate in community events.
