Full-Time | up to $31.90/hour (DOE) We’re hiring a Client Service Representative at the II, III, or Senior level—based on your experience. If you’re customer-focused, detail‑oriented, and enjoy helping clients choose the right financial solutions, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Open and maintain consumer and business accounts.
• Build strong relationships by recommending the right banking products and services.
• Support branch growth through excellent service and smart cross‑selling.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and documentation across all transactions.
• Deliver friendly, professional service in person and over the phone (Senior‑level roles may support complex business accounts, treasury services, and act as a branch backup).

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3+ years of banking/teller experience (level depends on role).
• Experience opening consumer accounts (business accounts a plus).
• Strong communication, judgment, and customer service skills.
• Comfortable with Word, Excel, Outlook, and banking systems.
