Responsibilities

• Execute the Sales and Service program with customers.
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service and resolve inquiries.
• Process transactions: deposits, withdrawals, checks, transfers, cashier's checks, and change orders.
• Balance cash drawers daily and maintain correct cash balances.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services to assist customers.
• Cross-sell bank products when appropriate and refer opportunities.
• Represent the bank positively in the community and promote brand loyalty.
