First PREMIER Bank in Sioux Falls seeks a full-time teller to deliver premier customer service, manage a cash drawer, and balance it daily. You will process deposits, withdrawals, and loan-related payments, and assist with account openings while supporting branch operations.

The role includes a Monday–Friday schedule with Saturday rotations, and opportunities to cross-sell banking products. Join a team focused on integrity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of cash handling, customer service and/or banking experience is required.
• Basic computer skills and sales experience is preferred.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with co-workers to promote an effective team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver PREMIER customer service with prompt, accurate transactions.
• Manage a cash drawer and balance it daily according to teller standards.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, checks, and loan/credit line payments.
• Assist customers with account openings/closures and service requests.
• Support lobby and teller areas while following processing standards.
• Participate in community events to build brand awareness.
