Park National Bank in Lexington, OH is hiring a part-time Teller to serve customers promptly and professionally and to process transactions accurately.

You will refer loan and deposit customers to experts, maintain product knowledge, and support branch operations while complying with bank policies. The role requires a High School diploma and 0–2 years of customer service or cash handling experience. Shifts include weekdays and some Saturdays.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 0-2 years prior cash handling, sales, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve customers, prospective customers and bank associates promptly and professionally.
• Complete transaction processing timely and accurately.
• Project the bank’s professional reputation through courteous interactions and prompt issue resolution.
• Refer loan and deposit customers or prospects to subject matter experts.
• Complete ongoing product knowledge and training to sustain broad product, service and sales knowledge.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and suggest appropriate products.
• Protect bank assets by following all policies and procedures.
• Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
