In this role you will assist with account maintenance, online banking support, and balancing daily cash. Strong math, communication, and teamwork skills are essential to success here.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years cash handling experience required.
• Prior teller experience preferred.
• FIS software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide teller transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Refer clients to other banking professionals for additional services.
• Assist in opening checking/savings accounts and online banking support.
• Balance currency, coin and checks daily and prepare required reports.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve concerns in a courteous manner.
