Job summary

Bank of Hope is seeking a friendly and detail‑oriented Teller in Duluth, GA to deliver efficient service and accurate transactions. You will greet customers, handle deposits, withdrawals, and payments, maintain cash drawers, and support daily branch operations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to upsell banking products when appropriate. Korean language skills are preferred to serve a diverse customer base.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous service and assist customers with banking needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and money orders accurately.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Follow bank policies and ensure confidentiality and security.
• Assist with ATM balancing, night deposits, and safe deposit access.
• Promote bank products and refer to specialists as needed.
• Collaborate with team and support branch operations.
