Responsibilities

Process member paying and receiving transactions and promote Credit Union products and services to members and potential members by identifying their needs through building rapport with the members or potential members.
Maintain knowledge of products and services and discuss them with members and guests.
Actively participate in branch goals and objectives.
Set and meet personal goals with manager.
Initiate transparent dialogue around performance and expectations with manager.
Protect the Credit Union by preventing losses.
Follow internal policies and procedures.
Adhere to Employee Handbook guidelines.
Willingly perform other duties as needed.
