Job summary

Equity Bank is seeking a Bank Teller in Rose Hill, OK to deliver exceptional service and accurate teller transactions on-site. You will build lasting client relationships, promote bank products, and proactively resolve issues under guidance from the Bank Manager. This full-time/hourly role requires strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, confidentiality, and data accuracy. You may travel for training in Wichita during the first week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Computer proficiency in Windows-based systems.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Capable of working with a team to determine solutions.
• Ability to travel to Wichita, KS during first week of employment for required week-long training.

Responsibilities

• Build client relationships through professional conversations that establish trust.
• Identify life events to tailor bank products and services.
• Recommend accounts, loans, and services meeting client needs.
• Promote bank products inside and outside the bank.
• Refer clients to bank partners for additional revenue.
• Maintain sound operations to minimize risk and ensure quality production.
• Follow operating procedures and bank protocols.
