Job summary

RCB Bank in Owasso, OK is seeking a diligent Teller to provide excellent customer service and accurately process financial transactions in line with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

You will support a multi-branch network, help safeguard assets through proper cash handling and fraud-prevention procedures, and balance your drawer at the end of each shift. Successful completion of teller essentials training after hire is required.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with customers and coworkers.
• Understanding basic fraud indicators with proper escalation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Obtain customer identification, signatures and other information; record and process transactions per regulations.
• Examine documents to verify authenticity, detect fraud, and protect against loss; escalate unusual activity.
• Assist customers with questions during transactions and refer issues to supervisors as needed.
• Balance drawer at end of shift and report outages to Teller Supervisor.
