Blue Sky Bank is seeking a Teller I Floater to support multiple branch locations, delivering friendly, accurate service while handling routine teller transactions. You will travel between branches and assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, and product referrals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to travel between branch locations; valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned branch locations to perform Teller I duties and support branch operations.
• Process routine customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments and check cashing.
• Balance and reconcile cash daily and verify customer identity.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and courtesy.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer to appropriate bankers or departments.
• Maintain compliance with banking regulations and security procedures.
• Collaborate with branches to ensure smooth operations and coverage.
