Blue Sky Bank seeks a Teller I Floater to serve customers across its branch network with accuracy and courtesy. You will handle routine teller transactions, promote bank products, and support branch operations.

Responsibilities include traveling between branches as needed, maintaining cash accuracy, verifying identities, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while building lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to travel between branches and work ~40 hours per week.
• Willingness to promote bank products through referrals.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned branch locations to perform Teller I duties and support branch operations.
• Process routine customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing) and balance cash daily.
• Verify customer identity and follow fraud prevention procedures; ensure accuracy of transactions.
• Identify payees, endorsements, and signature requirements; apply holds per policy.
• Cross-sell bank products and promote services; build customer relationships across branches.
• Assist with account maintenance tasks and data entry in Retail systems; support digital banking inquiries.
