Job summary

KeyBank in Seattle is seeking a friendly Teller to deliver exceptional in person service, process transactions accurately, and help clients navigate banking options. You will identify financial wellness opportunities and work with bankers to connect clients to broader financial solutions.

The role requires cash handling experience, strong integrity, and the ability to balance cash drawers daily. This full-time branch position includes Saturdays and offers a base pay range with incentives,

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
Experience in a client service role (required).
Experienced in cash handling (required).
General understanding of PC with Windows based applications and calculator (required).
Notary License (preferred).

Responsibilities

Embodies a strong client experience culture, being present with every client and teammate.
Assumes responsibility for teller functions in an in-person branch setting and balances cash drawer.
Identify and resolve client servicing issues and transition clients to a Banker as needed.
Promotes financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and guides to bank services.
Work on Saturdays as directed by management.
