Job summary

Clock Tower Community Bank in Roseville, IL seeks a customer-focused teller to provide accurate and efficient service to all customers. You will process routine transactions, cash checks, and handle deposits and withdrawals while promoting bank products.

Responsibilities include verifying loan and mortgage payments, preparing cashier's checks, and balancing the cash drawer daily. Prior cash handling or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in clerical, administrative, cash handling, sales or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify customers and accurately manage various transactions, including cashing checks, deposits, and withdrawals.
• Prepare cashier's checks, personal money orders, and foreign currency exchange.
• Provide services such as ordering bank cards and checks.
• Receive and verify loan payments and mortgage payments.
• Balance currency, cash, and checks in cash drawer at end of day.
• Answer inquiries regarding checking and savings accounts and other bank related products.
• Other duties as assigned.
