Job summary

Clock Tower Community Bank seeks a customer-facing teller to provide accurate, efficient service to customers. You will process routine transactions, cash checks, accept deposits and withdrawals, and handle loan and money transfer payments daily.

The role emphasizes promoting bank products, cross-selling services, and maintaining accurate records in a safety-conscious environment. High school diploma required; prior cash handling or customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some clerical, administrative, cash handling, sales or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify customers and accurately manage transactions, including cashing checks, accepting deposits, receiving and counting cash, processing cash withdrawals.
• Process loan payments and money transfers and balance currency and checks at end of day.
• Promote bank products and services to customers and handle check cashing and currency exchanges as needed.
