Responsabilidades

• Conduct routine teller transactions within established guidelines, including cashing checks, deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Count, verify, and handle large cash volumes with accuracy, balancing daily transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service, greet customers, listen, and address inquiries promptly.
• Educate customers about bank products and cross-sell when appropriate.
• Safeguard customer information and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the bank.
• Remain alert to potential fraud and follow security protocols.
