Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments) and balance drawers.
• Operate teller window and drive-through, assist customers in lobby or drive up.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer customers to appropriate bank personnel.
• Maintain compliance with policies and procedures and uphold Wintrust culture.
• May assist with bank opening/closing and participate in community events.
