Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a Teller to be the first point of contact for clients at the McMinnville Branch. Under guidance from Branch leadership, you will handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers and related transactions while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with bank procedures.

You will engage with clients to uncover needs and promote bank products, support branch referrals, and contribute to a high standard of service aligned with Breakthrough Client Service Standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Ability to learn and comply with all Bank policies, procedures, and systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail with written numbers, words, and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions and cash handling with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Maintain and balance cash drawer and related tasks (ATM, night drops, etc.).
• Mitigate risk by safekeeping money and prompt fund transfers or accounting.
