Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a Teller to be the first point of contact for clients at our Medford, OR location. You will process routine banking transactions and help clients identify financial needs, promoting suitable products in line with Breakthrough Client Service Standards.

Under guidance, you will maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance, including balancing drawers, cash handling, and safeguarding funds while delivering friendly, proactive service daily.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, required. 1 year banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Ability to learn and comply with bank policies, procedures, and systems.
• Demonstrates attention to detail with written numbers and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions accurately and confidentially.
• Balance cash drawer and handle cash-related tasks.
• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers and check cashing.
• Maintain cash handling integrity and follow bank procedures.
