Responsibilities

• Educate customers through digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
• Engage in lobby management and greet customers, addressing immediate needs.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately following bank policy.
• Own escalated account services issues and log customer complaints.
• Introduce customers to appropriate banking partners for sales opportunities.
• Perform branch operations (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wire transfers).
• Process customer/account maintenance accurately.
• Complete AML/KYC/BSA activities and regulatory requirements.
• Support compliance and risk controls and uphold brand standards.
• Promote an environment of belonging and reflect the M&T Bank brand.
• Assist with audits/regulatory requests as applicable.
