Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, loan payments, checks and withdrawals for clients.
• Answer client questions in person and by phone.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer clients to bankers.
• Record activities and referrals using 360View.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and reconcile cash.
• Support team and participate in training.
