Central Bank of the Ozarks is seeking a Full Time Teller for Chesterfield Village. The role involves handling deposits, withdrawals, and routine banking transactions while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate cash drawers.

Responsibilities include cross-selling products, complying with BSA and regulatory requirements, and supporting branch operations with a professional and cooperative attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic math, PC and typing skills; ability to count U.S. currency.
• Attention to detail and accuracy; regular attendance.
• Strong communication and customer relations skills; able to work with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders, and cashier's checks.
• Balance and maintain cash drawer; handle vault and cash transactions as needed.
• Cross-sell services and refer to other units per customer needs.
• Deliver excellent customer service in person and by phone; resolve issues with tact.
• Adhere to Bank policies, BSA and regulatory requirements; maintain security procedures.
