Job summary

Park National Bank is seeking a customer-focused teller to serve customers and associates in a fast-paced branch. You will process transactions accurately, assist with product recommendations, and uphold the bank’s standards of service.

The role requires a High School Diploma and 0-2 years of cash handling or sales experience. Work hours are Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays, and the position is hourly and full-time.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 0-2 years prior cash handling, sales, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers promptly and professionally in line with Park Promises and Serving More standards.
• Process transactions accurately and timely following bank procedures.
• Promote bank products and services based on customers' needs.
• Refer loan/deposit opportunities to subject matter experts when appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, and applicable regulations.
