Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a banking environment with basic knowledge of bank deposit products and services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine teller transactions and works directly with clients, processing deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, payments, transfers, and mail/night drop transactions.
• Provides exemplary customer service in person and over the phone, identifies customer needs, and makes referrals for products and services.
• Maintains and balances cash, reviews transactions for red flags, and follows cash handling policies and security procedures.
