Qualifications

• Previous banking, teller, cash-handling, retail, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong math and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the workday

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service to customers and assist with their banking needs
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, account transactions, and other teller services accurately
• Handle cash responsibly and maintain an accurate cash drawer
• Balance cash and transactions at the end of each business day
• Review daily reports carefully and identify discrepancies, errors, or unusual activity
• Follow established banking procedures and internal controls
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist customers with questions and resolve routine issues professionally
• Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality
• Work effectively as part of a team and support daily branch operations
