Heritage Bank's Shelton Branch is seeking a Bank Teller to deliver exceptional customer service and handle routine financial transactions on-site in Shelton, WA. The role supports branch sales efforts and requires flexibility for training and meetings.

Qualifications

• 6 months customer service experience required.
• 1 year of recent cash handling and customer service in financial services required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with standard office equipment and computers; quick learner.
• Experience with DNA or Fiserv is preferred.
• Must understand banking laws and regulations.
• Excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains relationships and provides exceptional customer service.
• Performs routine paying/receiving duties and maintains an accurate cash drawer.
• Promotes bank products and services based on customer needs.
• Maintains confidentiality of customer requests and transactions.
• Complies with policies, security and regulatory requirements.
• Participates in branch marketing and sales promotions.
• Contributes to branch administrative duties as required.
